After building a successful career in customer-focused roles, she found her passion in retirement plan services, where she finds fulfillment in partnering with plan sponsors to navigate the responsibilities of managing their company’s retirement plan. In her role as a Senior Retirement Plan Specialist at 1834, Pam draws on her deep industry knowledge and client-first mindset to deliver attentive, solutions-oriented support.
Prior to her role at 1834, Pam was a Senior Retirement Plan Specialist at Bremer Bank.

Outside of work, Pam enjoys traveling, cooking, and baking sourdough bread to share with friends and family. She regularly volunteers with Feed My Starving Children, Bridging, and Second Harvest Heartland and serves on the board of Tree City Cats.
