
Brad Dirksen has nearly 30 years of experience in the retirement plan industry, with deep expertise spanning operations, administration, sales, and advising. Over the course of his career, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and nuances of retirement plans. In his role at 1834, Brad leverages this knowledge to support institutions and their plan participants in achieving their financial goals.
Before his role at 1834, Brad was a Senior Retirement Plan Advisor at Bremer Bank.

Brad earned a business administration degree and an accounting minor from Minnesota State University – Mankato. Following his undergraduate education, Brad completed his master’s in business administration at the University of St. Thomas. In addition to his degrees, Brad has successfully obtained his Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation.
Outside of work, Brad is an avid sports fan and Harley rider. He tries to spend as much time as he can enjoying the outdoors with his friends and family.
